Q. How can I defrost my fish?

A. Please read the Superfrozen Defrosting Instruction.


Q. How long can I keep my fish in the freezer?

A. Our products last up to 6 months in the freezer if correctly stored. Any rips or damages to the vacuum pack may affect the quality to your purchased products.


Q. What do I do if my items are thawed/spoiled?

A. If you feel that your items have spoiled or did not arrive per your expectations, please take a photo (or video) of your package (inside and outside) and contact info@whitefinmarket.com immediately.
