About Shipping

Whitefin Market ships all frozen items by overnight shipping. Shipments include dry ice to keep items frozen. We offer flat rate shipping for orders of a subtotal of $100.00 up to $1,000.00. For more information on shipping fee on orders that surpass a subtotal of $1,001.00, please contact us.

Shipping & Pickup Schedule

-Shipping and Arrival Day-
We ship two days per week. Shipping schedule is as follows.

Tuesday shipping arrives on Wednesday
Thursday shipping arrives on Friday

Please note: We require 1-2 days prior to the shipping day to prepare orders.

-Curbside Pickup Schedule-

Monday: Between 11am and 2pm
Wednesday: Between 10am and 2pm
Saturday: Between 10am and 2pm

Tracking

Once your order has been handled and tracking information is available, an email will be sent to you with the carrier being used to ship your order and a link to track your package. Your tracking link will become active once the carrier has scanned the shipping label. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or toll-free phone numbers. In any case you do not receive tracking within 1-2 business days of placing your order, please please contact us.

Cancellations, Address Changes and Other Modifications to Orders

If tracking information has already been emailed to you, unfortunately, we cannot make any additional changes to your order. If tracking has not been issued to you, please us so we help make any necessary adjustments to your order.

Domestic Orders

We currently ship orders to residential and commercial addresses in the US States including Washington D.C.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your order has a PO Box as the shipping address, we will contact you for an alternate address. If you do not have an alternate address within the US, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

APO/FPO

We currently do not ship packages to APO/FPO addresses. If your order has an APO/FPO as the shipping address, we will contact you for an alternate address. If you do not have an alternate address within the US, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

International Orders

We currently do not ship to countries outside of the United States. For more information, please contact us.

Carriers and Ship Methods

Whitefin Market ships products using various carriers including but not limited to USPS, UPS and FedEx at its own discretion based on a number of variables including transit times, quality of service, and costs.

Safe Handling of Dry Ice

Dry Ice temperature is extremely cold at -109.3°F or -78.5°C. Always handle Dry Ice with care and wear protective cloth or leather gloves whenever touching it. An oven mitt or towel will work. Please keep Dry Ice away from children if they cannot be closely supervised at all times.
